These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services and features of the in999 platform ("Platform" or "Site"). in999 operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh, offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, and many other entertainment services.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

in999 currently supports transactions through three popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three are currently supported.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount through any of the three methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, verification procedures or technical reasons may occasionally cause delays. in999 tries to complete withdrawals within a set timeframe but is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

in999 follows internationally recognized anti-money laundering policies. We monitor suspicious transactions and reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold and verify identity when necessary. Deposited funds are returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at in999 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳6,000 will give you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000. The bonus will not exceed ৳5,000.

4.2 Wagering Conditions

Before withdrawing a received bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Using irregular betting patterns, the martingale method, or risk-free strategies to exploit bonus offers may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while an existing bonus offer is active.

• Bonuses must be used for genuine entertainment purposes only; using an account solely to exploit bonus offers may result in account suspension.

4.4 VIP and Cashback Program

in999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. The conditions for receiving cashback and the method for moving to a higher tier will be determined in accordance with the guidelines published on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and security of the in999 platform:

5.1 Fraud and Cheating

• Participating in or facilitating any form of match fixing or result manipulation.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack in999's systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

5.2 Money Laundering and Illegal Activities

• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Using another person's payment method without their permission.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

5.3 Account Misuse

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or acting as an agent.
